Common Questions

  • I commonly work with adolescents and adults who are facing anxiety, depression, intrusive thoughts, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, or sexual health concerns.

  • I use evidence-based approaches, including CBT, DBT, ERP, and sex therapy. This means our work is structured, practical, and focused on tools that help you see real-life results.

  • Sessions are typically 50 minutes. Most clients start with weekly sessions, though we can adjust frequency based on your needs and goals.

  • I offer secure online sessions for those in New York and Maine. I have a limited number of in-person slots available in Brooklyn Heights.

  • My standard fees are $250 per 50-minute session, and I do not currently accept insurance. However, I can provide a superbill for reimbursement if your plan allows out-of-network coverage.

  • Yes! I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots to help make therapy more accessible. Please reach out if cost is a concern.

  • Feeling nervous is completely normal! Many clients feel unsure at first. You don’t need to have all the answers—you just need to take the first step, and we’ll work at a pace that feels comfortable.
