About Me
You might be here because something feels off, or because you’re tired of getting stuck in the same patterns. Therapy is a space to figure out what’s going on and learn tools that actually help you move forward in your day-to-day life.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) working with adolescents and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, identity questions, and life transitions. I’ve worked in private practice, hospital, and nonprofit settings, and I use evidence-based approaches to help you better understand yourself, manage tough emotions, and shift patterns that aren’t working anymore.
In the therapy room, I show up as both direct and down-to-earth, blending straightforward feedback with warmth and humor to help you feel comfortable and understood.
Outside of the therapy room, you can find me reading, hiking, going to live music, or hanging with my cat, Wallace.
